Shipping Options and Rates
- Standard Shipping: (Estimated 5-10 business days) – Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order weight.
- Express Shipping: (Estimated 3-5 business days) – Available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout. Note that express shipping may not be available in all regions.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress and estimated arrival date.
- Tracking may be delayed due to certain carrier restrictions or customs delays. If your tracking information is not updated for over 48 hours, feel free to reach out to our support team.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost Orders: If you have not received your package within 10 business days after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hayeh.world@hayeh.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement if needed.
- Damaged Orders: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving it. Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund based on the case.
- Delayed Shipments: Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier backlogs. We appreciate your patience and are here to assist if needed.
Return to Sender
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed shipments, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
- Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery.
